ASCII (The "Human" Layer)

Computers don't read literature; they only read voltage. So, we invented ASCII, a secret codebook to make the universe speak binary. When you type 'H' on your keyboard, your computer looks up its ASCII value (72), translates it into the binary electrical pulse 01001000, and fires it down the wire.
